Our client looking for experience Sous Chef and Chef de Partie, for 5 Star, 4 Star Hotels, Bar & Restaurants, High Street Restaurants, Buffet Restaurant.

Job Description

Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported

  • Support the manager in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
  • Maintaining up to date product and menu knowledge, and maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment

Applicants Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • English Language Skills and be able to score 4 band minimum in UKVI-IELTS(UKVI General) overall 4.5
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or Cookery Course preferred.

Salary

£26 lacs to £36k per annum,
