We are looking for an Experienced CNC Operators for our client in United Kingdom, New Zealand and Northern Ireland.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities;
- CNC Machine programming, setting and operating CNC machines with CAD and CAM packages
- Experienced working with CNC Saw beam, Double Edge Tenoner Machines
- Great organisation and communication skills
- Ability to reliably and consistently manage quality control during production runs
- Organisational skills to plan the work schedule with the Production Engineer
- Trade Qualification
Applicants Requirements
- Understanding how to load/unload components into fixtures correctly.
- Working to standard operating procedures.
- Having awareness of implications if not loaded correctly into fixtures.
- Ability and understanding of the use and maintenance of gauges and measuring equipment required to be used.
- Hard /electronic micrometers, spirit levels,
- DTIs and surface finish gauges.
- Correct use of hand tools that are required to be used and the maintenance of hand tools
