Our client looking for Health Care Assistant candidates from overseas to fulfil health and social care roles in England Scotland, northland Ireland.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities;
As a Care Assistant in the UK you’ll support people with their care needs in care homes and other care facilities.
Your key responsibilities as a care assistant include:
- Providing care and support
- Promoting independence
- Personal care support
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Home support tasks
- Dementia & Alzheimer’s support
- Stroke recovery support
- Providing palliative care
- Learning disability support
- Mental health support
Applicants Requirements
- Diploma in Health care & Social care or minimum NVQ 3 Health & Social care beneficiary
- Experience in Health or Social care
- English IELTS (UKVI General) overall 4.5 or Above
Salary
Sponsors of overseas candidates are obligated to provide 39 hours of work per week & pay a minimum of £10.10 per hour or £20,480 per year in UK. Employees will be entitled to all other employment benefits afforded to domestic workers including but not limited to holiday pay, statutory sick pay & maternity pay.
