We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic trade qualified CNC Press Brake Operators for our client in United Kingdom, New Zealand and Northern Ireland.

As a Press Brake Operator, you will support the fabrication and engineering team through setting and operating the press brake ensuring all jobs are completed to time, specification, and quality standards.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities;

• Set up and operate press brake machine to bend, form, punch and cut metal in accordance with production drawing
• Proficient with operating a press brake light gauge metal and stainless steel
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Check components to ensure they meet specifications
• Knowledge of different types of steel
• Organise and store components and tools
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Ability to lift heavy weights
• Team Player
• Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of the press brake machine

Applicants Requirements

• NVQ 3 or Above qualification.
• Min.1 years’ experience
• CNC machinery or Press Brake experience
• The ability to set up & operate machinery
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be physically fit and energetic
• High attention to detail
• Trade qualifications
